I've installed and used jade0.9 for a while now on both Solaris and Linux without any problems, except that I've had no success in using the TeX backend. It is nowhere said how to really get something out using TeX so I stick to the more simple to use RTF output at the moment. I do, however, understand that the TeX backend is rather preliminary, which is the reason for the lack of docs. Anyway, considering the 1.0 release I do have a question about the doctype specifications. We are using an SGML database that requires the doctype files to be tagged too. Like: <!DOCTYPE course [ <!ELEMENT course - - (coursecode, coursedata, course-schedule, coordinator s, description, footnote?) > ... but jade does not accept this, why we have to remove the "<!DOCTYPE course [" level. It is not a big problem of course, I'm merely interrested in what is the standard? Roland Orre DSSSList info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dssslist
