Jade 1.0 available

Jade 1.0 is now available as ftp://ftp.jclark.com/pub/jade/jade1_0.zip. 
Win32 binaries are available as
ftp://ftp.jclark.com/pub/jade/jadew1_0.zip.  For more information see
http://www.jclark.com/jade/.

This release is unchanged from the test release of a few days ago. The
only changes from 0.9 are bug fixes.  This is intended to be a reliable
release suitable for production use.
