In writing the DSSSL spec for TEI Lite, I was making no attempt to support HTML output. The approach for HTML output will need to be somewhat different, as you require (a) to output to one or (better) a number of scroll flow objects rather than to simple-page-sequences and (b) you need to add HTML markup instead of creating paragraphs, tables, etc. Richard Light.
