DSSSList was off the air November 17-19

DSSSList was off the air from Monday, November 17, to Wednesday,
November 19, but, as you can see, service is restored.  Sorry for any
inconvenience, and please resend any DSSSList posts that bounced while
the list was down.

In addition, the DSSSList archive has not been updated since October
25.  The archive will be updated and automatic archiving will be
restored later this week.  Again, sorry for any inconvenience.
