space-after: display-space question.

I have a question about space-after: characteristic and page break.

When the paragraph flow object, which is child of simple-page-sequence
flow object, has space-after: characteristic and its value is more than
length of page-height: characteristic, what will happen? 

Is the page broken?, overflowing display-space is flowed into next page?
