I don't think you can fix it in the output from Jade, but I have
a feeling that Word may do the right thing.

I believe that if you have two odd numbered pages in a row, and
you print "all the even" and "all the odd" pages in Word, Word
will output the extra blank page between the two odd pages.

Test, though, I could be mistaken.  And, of course, this may not
solve your problem at all.  I noticed it when I printed odd/even
pages for manual two sided printing and the blank page after the
title page was output correctly by Word.
