I have been pounding my head against the wall trying to go through TeX to get Postscript output. Tried importing RTF into Applix Words and things look _much_ better. jade/docbook ran quietly to produce RTF, and Applix read the file without complaint, where instead TeX spews massive amounts of warnings and errors and eventually aborts. I'm pretty sure I'm going to give up on TeX and go with RTF->Words->Postscript, spending a little while with each file inside Words cleaning things up. The html output can be used without any mods. I'm back to being optimistic :) - Tom DSSSList info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dssslist
