yes, this is on my TODO list to undertake, sorry for the delay. 

but i cant 100% control your setup. If you do have a TeX installation
with an old copy of (say) hyperref.sty installed, its hard to predict
what to do to make sure my up to date copy is found before your old
one. TeXxies will know that I could load all the packages into the
format file to avoid this, but that would need some thought.
