     Norm,
     
     Where I find problems switching between countries is in canonical 
     reference forms in the Bible. My solution is to use entities:
     
     GEN 2&cvSeparator;4&vvSeparator;7  comes out
     
     GEN 2.4,7
     GEN 2,4.7
     GEN 2:4,7 
     
     depending on where you are ... just change the entity.
