SP (and thus Jade) has been updated to reflect the final text of the
Architetural Forms Definition Requirements annex of ISO/IEC 10744:1997. As
published, the declaration of the use of an architectecture is 

<?IS10744 ArcBase ... >

Rather than

<?ArcBase >

If you look in style-sheet.dtd, which is used by demo.dsl, you'll see:

<?ArcBase DSSSL>

Change this to 

<?IS10744 ArcBase DSSSL >

and it should work.

This change to the architecture use declaration was made right before
publication.
