RV: DocBook Modular Stylesheets 1.08 beta 2

Hello,
Is there any possibility to control the thickness of the table's separators
( between cells and between the head and the body of the table) ?
Also we haven't obtained any success to center the table in the page
 quadding doesn't work in the table make rule and other modifications we
have tried inside the dbtable.dsl and customization file )
