| Hello,
| Is there any possibility to control the thickness of the table's separators
| ( between cells and between the head and the body of the table) ?

The 1.08beta2 release includes support (thanks to Tony Graham)
for changing the widths of many of the lines in a table. What I forgot
to do was set all of the widths to be the same for backward compatability.
In your customization layer, or in print/dbtable.dsl, change these
definitions

(define %table-before-row-border% 0.75pt)
(define %table-after-row-border% 1.5pt)
(define %table-before-column-border% 2.25pt)
(define %table-after-column-border% 3pt)
(define %table-head-body-border% 4.5pt)
(define %table-cell-after-column-border% 0.75pt)
(define %table-cell-after-row-border% 1.5pt)

so that they all specify the same width. I'll be fixing this before
the 1.08 real release.

| Also we haven't obtained any success to center the table in the page
| quadding doesn't work in the table make rule and other modifications we
| have tried inside the dbtable.dsl and customization file )

I'll see if I can make it work when I get a chance...
