DD: SGML version of CookBook

The DSSSL Cookbook has been converted to SGML, and the SGML, HTML, and
RTF versions are available at
http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dsssldoc/cookbook/.

I am looking for someone to take over maintaining the Cookbook, which
should be easier now that it's in SGML.
