Subject: question about communicating with jade From: Graydon Hoare <graydon@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Fri, 22 May 1998 10:12:46 -0400 (EDT) |
This is sorta a win32 question, but it's related to speaking to jade, and I thought someone could save me headaches.. I am unable to convince jade to finish reading from a java inputstream simply by closing the stream -- it still hangs. When I send a "CTRL-Z" to a console running jade, it accepts that as "end of file" and begins processing. Any ideas what I should do from within java speaking to jade's inputstream to accomplish a similar task? Sending the ascii value for CRTL-Z doesn't work, because it's being interpreted by the console. -graydon <graydon@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> DSSSList info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dssslist
