I need information about SGML to HTML translation

Hi, I'm looking for information about the sgml to html translation. If you
have any information about it, I will be very gratefully for your help. I'm
new in DSSSL.

For example the 'formatting-instruction' can not take '<' '>', and I need
to use these characters to insert tag in the HTML file. I'm interested in
place simple tags, and tags with attributes.
