To do this well would take much work -- TeX produces
publishing-quality output because is the result of two decades of
development and refinement.  Unless you plan to embed TeX's
composition engine into a Postscript/PDF backend, it is unlikely that
you will have the time or resources to manage better than, say,
Netscape's "Save As" Postscript output.

In the mean time, using Jade with TeX is not a great hardship,
especially now that TeX can write PDF directly -- it's simply a matter
of

  Jade -> PDFTeX

rather than

  Jade -> TeX -> dvips [-> ps2pdf]
