Hmm, the change log says I fixed this in 1.09.  This is right,
isn't it?

  (graphic-scale  (if scale (/  (string->number scale) 100) 1))

If scale=30, graphic-scale=0.3; if scale=150, graphic-scale=1.5; if 
scale is unspecified, graphic-scale=1.
