Jade 1.2.1 is now available

Jade 1.2.1 is now available.  See http://www.jclark.com/jade/ for more
information. The changes since 1.2 are mostly to make it build better on
various systems. I've switched to using Visual C++ 6.0 for generating
the Windows binaries.  There's also now a .tar.gz source distribution
for Unix folks.
