MSS 1.19 and <caution> tags

I'm seeing two "caution" labels in RTF files imported into ApplixWare.
One is nicely centered and in larger font in the caution box, and one at
the beginning of body of the text in the same font as the body.

I'm not certain that it is not an artifact of ApplixWare, but thought I
should mention it before db120.zip is released. I won't be able to test
on M$Word for a couple of days...
