Use the -c command line option.  See "nsgmls.htm" from the Jade
distribution for the list of "the usual SP options" that are not
described in "jade.htm".

You can also give Jade an invalid option, e.g. "jade -h", to get the
list of command line options that it will accept:

   jade:I: usage is "jade [-vCegG2] [-b encoding] [-f error_file] [-c
   catalog_sysid] [-D dir] [-a link_type] [-A arch] [-E max_errors]
   [-i entity] [-w warning_type] [-d dsssl_spec] [-V variable] [-t
   (fot|rtf|tex|mif|sgml|xml)] [-o output_file] sysid..."
