Hi J-P If what you mean are new environment variables on top of the ones already processed (ex: SGML_SEARCH_PATH, SGML_CATALOG_FILES,SP_ENCODING,SP_CHARSET_FIXED) no you can't except if you modify the code. However you can include DSSSL variables with the -V parameter in the command line or in a Scripts catalog in the document explorer (with SGMLKit). IN the case of command line operation, you have to set the environment variable according to your OS procedure. If you are using the document explorer (with SGMLKit) these environment variables are set automatically to the document's type or the SGMLKit settings. If the SGML document is structured with the XML subset, the system automatically detect it and set required environment variable to XML needed environment.
