I presume that refers to the very preliminary work on DSSSL-o (?) in
the Emacs/W3 browser and the TODO item

- Completely rewrite display code again
  - Abstract everything out to follow parse->flow objects->render model
  - Base all stylesheet stuff off of DSSSL

One probably shouldn't get too excited about it, but if you do get
excited and want to contribute...

Obviously if Emacs ever gets re-hosted atop Scheme, it would make such
things easier/more practical.
