Hi Ralph

We may store library scripts in the following directory

scripts
  |___ library
  |___ Docbook

	etc...

I modified the SGML/XML kit OpenJade DTD to include default libs like for
instance, Tony Graham lib and the mulburry lib. this way, there is only the
need to declare the doctype and the reference is included fro the external
entity (at least for common libs)

However, it would be better to have a file where all external libs could be
included and then refered by the default catalog (just an idea that I'll
have to validate by try it).

I'll make a quick reversal of my last message and go with this concept.
There are quite likely aspects to server-side processing that make a
separation of the stylesheets and other forms of "processing" desireable.
The issue isn't clear cut; the "non-standard" extensions to Jade that James
has provided for SGML transforms have to be included in the stylesheet.
Exactly how this might play out in a "live" environment remains to be seen.
