If you say that the jade document for the build on Unix/Linux is OK and
everybody agree on this, then let's keep it.

FYI, that URL causes 404 on docbook.css for the netscape browser
(which pukes utterly when it can't find the CSS).

t1.html:

  all/ and jadedist/ are for win32 only, and should be marked as such

Why, may I ask, do you wish to document the build process in a
document about jade internals?  I suggest you just refer people to the
files jadedoc/jade.htm#building and jadedoc/autoconf.htm ?
