(jade / openjade) : assertion failed in the mif backend

Hi, 

the document at the end of this message triggers an assertion error
when using the Mif backend of both jade and openjade with the last
(and surely previous) docbook stylesheets (1.44).

I would like to know if this is also the case when using another
configuration than mine (debian linux/ egcs 1.1 box).
