Footnotes in Table Title

Using DocBook DSSSL HTML Stylesheets 1.48 with tables like:

<TABLE>
<TITLE>Title ....<FOOTNOTE><PARA></></></>
<TGROUP>
.....
</TABLE>

In HTML table Title the link in format [1] is OK, but there are no
footnote text...

Normally footnotes in tables has the format [a]? This is defined in
dbfootn.dsl, but I can't figure out how to modify this.

Footnotes in tables translates to text<BR>, I'd like to have 
<P CLASS="tablefootnote">text</P> or something...
