Firstly, grab the revised JadeTeX from http://www.tug.org/applications/jadetex/ (isoents.tex has gone); it will not help the memory problem, but you may as well have the best version. Secondly, can you describe your problem more exactly. That is to say, describe the steps you took, and show us the bottom 10 lines of TeX's .log file. Thirdly, there is an installation manual written by Frank Christoph which I am slowly editing at present. I will finish that very shortly, and include it in the JadeTeX distribution.
