This maybe a locale related problem.
I guess you are using a german version of Win 95, right?
Can you try to change the default delimiter from ',' to '.'?
(must be somewhere like "Einstellungen->Regionale....")
Besides that, can you send me an example which I can use
to reproduce/verify the behaviour?
