  Is there any way to specify different entities to be used based on
different output formats in DSSSL?  We have a large book project that
needs to support ASCII text output as well as HTML and PostScript.
For the later two we would like to include simple image diagrams but
at the same time we would still like to include ASCII diagrams for the
plain text output.  Is this possible with DSSSL / Jade?  Where can I
find examples of its usage?
