(dsssl) Looking for free DOCTYPE/DSSSL templates for "standard" apps

Hi,

Can you recommend me some free DOCTYPE/DSSSL templates for "standard"
applications, e.g.
writing books, writing (scientific) papers (including MathML or similar),
writing presentation slides,
Letters, articles, etc...

I know "Docbook" is useful for writing technical books, but I also want to
create documents in a
novel-like fashion.
