Hello,

I'm trying to generate PDF files from docbook, but I'm having problems with
the table of contents.  First I run openjade with the "-t tex" option and
then I run pdfjadetex.  Everything seems fine, but the table of contents(TOC)
comes out with "???" instead of the actual page numbers.

If I run pdfjadetex again it picks up the .aux file from the previous run
and now the TOC has "-999" instead of the correct page number.  Any ideas?
