Whilst there is more and more about the xsl stylesheets,
IMHO the dsssl stylesheet information is limited to what's
in the distro itself.

I'd guess there is carryover, but additional dsssl
directed documentation would always help.

http://www.sagehill.net/xml/docbookxsl/ is becoming
the best source of info on using the xslt stylesheets.
