Hi Alf, We have transforms here at PMC to do both of these things. They both assume that the JATS source is tagged according to PMC XML Tagging Style. They have been running well for us for many years. They have a number of system dependencies built into them, so they won't run as is outside of our system. Our group is working now to make them run outside of PMC; we will share them through the NCBI Tools area on GitHub where the Preview Stylesheets are now. I don't have a good time estimate for these, but I'd say it would be weeks rather than months. We'll announce them on this list when they are available.
