[jats-list] BITS: <volume> and <volume-id> for book

Hi all,

I am trying to map a publisher's book DTD to BITS. Looks like <volume> and <volume-id> are only allowed under <collection-meta>, and they are no longer allowed under <book-meta> in BITS. How we can map the following source elements to BITS?

/Publisher/Series/Book/BookInfo/BookVolumeNumber
/Publisher/Series/Book/BookInfo/BookSequenceNumber

These are the volume numbers for "book" instead of "book series".
