Hi Alf,

I'd be more inclined to use <string-name>Afiahayati</string-name> and then
possibly <given-name> (following the JATS recommendation) if <string-name>
wouldn't work.

It would also depend on what the system ingesting the XML plans to do with
it.

Since I'm dealing with names a lot lately I generally wish I could just use
<string-name> exclusively and let search engines sort it all out:-)
