[jats-list] JATS Committee Draft 1.1d3 is now available

As you know, NISO Z39.96 JATS is in continuous maintenance at NISO. Public
comments are collected at the NISO site and are addressed by the JATS Standing
Committee. The Standard will not be updated more than once per year, but as
Public Comments are addressed, we will be releasing draft versions of the
non-normative supporting materials.

Today we are releasing the third draft version of JATS 1.1   version 1.1d3.
It has not been voted on as an official revision of the Standard, but it is a
stable release. This draft version contains a single, but significant, update
to Committee Draft version 1.1d2 that was released at the end of 2014. It
includes support for the NISO Recommended Practice on Access and License
Indicators (NISO RP-22-2015; http://www.niso.org/workrooms/ali/). Details are

change was made to all three Tag Sets.
