[jats-list] [BITS] DOI for elements <glossary> and <index>

Dear all,

if you want to assign DOIs to non-book-part elements, you can use
object-id[@pub-id-type="doi"], but apparently this element is not available
for elements like <index> or <glossary>. Is there a reason for that or a way
around it (wrapping a <sec> element around them only works for <glossary>).
