[jats-list] JATS4R info update opt-in

Hi all

The JATS4R list of participants for the community calls and the googlegroup
has been live for about 5 years now and more people are slowly added to it
over time.

Using the changes in law related to GDPR, we will scrap the list and start
again, using an opt-in policy.
Please can you email info@xxxxxxxxxx if you would like to be sent an invite
to the JATS4R community calls +/- the JATS4R google group.
