Subject: RE: Question: XSL & Dynamic Changes During Run-time From: "L. John Junod" <junod@xxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu, 26 Feb 1998 16:23:17 -0500 |
Thanks Jonathan and Paul for you help Apparently, global variables are to be are to be static and read-only in XSL. It makes sense. I think the answer to my questions about dynamically changing the behavior of the rendered style during run-time is to use the Document Object Model (DOM) and externally manipulate the XSL before render-time. Now, I'll have to explore how DOM and XSL are going to work together. I'll keep reading. John Junod Junod@xxxxxxxxxxx
