Both of these things are indeed quite feasible applications of XML and XSL technology. However, the chances of finding them within 24 hours of release of the first working draft of the specification is quite slim ;-) I say quite slim as opposed to impossible, because of the existence of James Clark in the world ... see his earlier posting.
