How can get TXLRuntime object in VB?

Subject: How can get TXLRuntime object in VB?

How can get TXLRuntime object in my VB application which hosts IE5 controls?
It can't be created and I don't see any function to return a reference to
such an object. I want access TXLRuntime methods from my application. How do
I do it?
