Subject: namespace() function From: Elliotte Rusty Harold <elharo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 19 May 1999 16:00:39 -0700 |
The 4/21/1999 working draft states: The namespace() function returns a string containing namespace of the name of the first node in the argument node-set. Is this string the namespace prefix (e.g. xsl) or the URI of the namespace (e.g. http://www.w3.org/XSL/Transform/1.0)? +-----------------------+------------------------+-------------------+ | Elliotte Rusty Harold | elharo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx | Writer/Programmer | +-----------------------+------------------------+-------------------+ | Java I/O (O'Reilly & Associates, 1999) | | http://metalab.unc.edu/javafaq/books/javaio/ | | http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ISBN=1565924851/cafeaulaitA/ | +----------------------------------+---------------------------------+ | Read Cafe au Lait for Java News: http://metalab.unc.edu/javafaq/ | | Read Cafe con Leche for XML News: http://metalab.unc.edu/xml/ | +----------------------------------+---------------------------------+ XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
