Subject: substring() From: stinney@xxxxxxxxxxxxx (Steve Tinney) Date: Fri, 4 Jun 1999 09:48:34 -0400 (EDT) |
Is it just me, or would it be generally useful for XSL to provide a substring() function with a numerical second argument? Reducing a first name to an initial is one obvious application; or have I missed something in the spec? Steve XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
