HOW CAN I USE THE HTML document object inside xsl??

Subject: HOW CAN I USE THE HTML document object inside xsl??

Is there any way I can get hold of the document object of the HTML I am creating
with XSL?
 
Is there any way I can get a reference to the BODY node and then crete child elements on it?
