Hello,

I'm interested in how to do a cross-reference using XSL. Here's the
specific example I'm grappling with: Let's say my document has <title>
elements that serve as section titles, and they are formatted with heading
numbers (like "1.1 Introduction") that are created by a rule that inserts an
xsl:number. I want to create a cross-reference to a certain <title>, but I
don't just want to take its content ("Introduction") - I want its number as
well, so my text comes out to "See Section 1.1 Introduction". How do I do
this?

Also: does the scenario become more complicated if I don't want to retain
any block-level formatting the <title> element has? In other words, I want
the cross-reference to be formatted like the paragraph that contains it
(same font, size, etc.), not like the title element itself.

Thanks for any help.
