Appendix F of the XSLT Recommendation

"F Changes from Proposed Recommendation (Non-Normative)

The following are the changes since the Proposed Recommendation:

The xsl:version attribute is required on a literal result element used
as a stylesheet (see [2.3 Literal Result Element asStylesheet]).

The data-type attribute on xsl:sort can use a prefixed name to specify a
data-type not defined by XSLT (see [10 Sorting])."


There's no Changes appendix on the XPath Recommendation. There was one
in the Table of Contents of the PR (but not in the body?) which suggests
to me that there are no changes, though I certainly haven't looked at it
closely enough to guarantee this.
