Subject: XSL-future From: gustaf_larsson@xxxxxx Date: Wed, 1 Dec 1999 18:35:16 +0100 |
Hi, I'm fairly new to XML and therefore I have some questions about things that might be obvious to you. Sorry but I just have to ask. 1.What is the current status of the XSL spec.? I know that XSLT is now a recommendation but what about the rest(meaningXSL-FO)?. It is not clear to me when this is intended to be a recommendation and how much change from the current draft you could expect. 2.When it comes to XSL publishing, what layout features that's in DSSSL won't be possible to use with XSL? 3. When could you expect that browsers fully support XSL and not just the XSLT part? If anybody could answer where to find information any of these questions I would be very thankful. Thanks, Gustaf Larsson XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
