Actually I think it's a neat idea: putting an XML wrapper around legacy HTML
data sounds a useful thing to do, and if I've got thousands of existing
documents I don't necessarily want to take the risk of putting them through
"tidy" to make them well-formed. This seems a legitimate use of CDATA and of
disable-output-escaping.
