attribute's value within href

["Mar Fior" <pupipai@xxxxxxxxxxx>]

Hi!
I tried to put {@code}
instead of element/@code within my href:


<TD><A HREF="http://localhost:8080/pic?code={@code}&amp;gender=pf";>Click
me</A></TD>


but the result is that {@code} not takes attribute's value and
href remains with this string.
Perhaps does it happen because href is between " " ???
How could I do to solve this problem????
