The only thing to add is that if you are using an XSL processor with no nodeset function you can just extract the content-types out into an XML file, say, content-types.xml, and use it in the contexts in which Phil's example uses a node-set by calling the document() function instead: <xsl:for-each select="document('content-types.xml')/th"> Steve XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
